Residents communicating and working together form a united family with access to great ideas for the Community. These ideas include creating a safer place to stay, being inclusive, supporting the larger community and creating business opportunities. A simple communication tool loaded with user friendly functions to benefit all walks of life in the Community.

No. Jran App is free for the Community to use for the purposes of messaging, communicating and providing feedbacks to each other.

Jran App can be used on any smartphone or mobile devices that is operating on Android or iOS platform with Internet connectivity.

The Resident Committee (“RC”) will first have to open a New Community Account (“NCA”) by logging at the “New Community” icon. Upon registration of the NCA, the RC will invite all Residents to be part of the Community by logging at the “New Member” icon. Once the Residents submits their application, the RC will have to accept the application before the Resident is admitted as a member of the Community. Individual Residents may also form their own a Jran Community in the event their RC does not apply or create for Jran Community. 

Yes, subject to the approval of the RC.

The Services Platform is where recommended Service Providers (like Electrician, Plumbers, Contractors etc) can register and provide their services to the Community. The Service Providers must be admitted into the Community before any services can be offered. All applications by the Service Providers must be approved by the RC. When making the Application, the Service Provider will furnish the details of the Resident who had recommended the services to enable the RC to verify before admitting into the Jran Community. The Service Provider will have access only to the Services Platform and not to the other features in the Jran Community.

Yes, subject to the approval of the RC.

At the time of opening a New Community Account (NCA), the RC will be able to key in contact details of the nearest Police Station, Fire Department and any Ambulance Services to enable the Resident to contact in the case of any emergency. The SOS Button is where the RC will provide a few contact numbers (including Guards) to enable a SOS calls to be made in the event of any emergency.  

The Market Platform is a one stop place for the Residents to sell, buy and recycle products or services. The Residents can sell their products or services to each other in the MySeller icon. The Residents can make an offer to purchase products or services in the MyBuyer icon. The Residents can make offers to recycle products in the Recycle icon. The RC can also place contacts details of Recycle partners for easy access.

The Makan-Makan Platform is the place for Residents and others to sell food.

The Bulletin Platform is for the RC  to post updates, events, notices and matters beneficial to the Community. Only the RC and Jran administrator can post in Bulletin platform. Resident who wishes to post in Bulletin must forward it to the RC to enable it to posted in the Bulletin.
